| I doubt they are Russian, at least not all of them. Note the one of the car along the street with the big pile of snow on top. Behind it, on the building, is the word "pharmacy" -- in Spanish! Likewise, a number of the car license plates have English letters on them -- letters not found in the Russian alphabet and therefore not on the license plates of their cars. |
